Hi Everybody!

I hope everyone is having a big time, or a family time, or a quiet time...as long as you're having a good time! - That's the main thing.

I will be open until Christmas Eve and after boxing day till New Year so any last minute changes you want to your websites will be done! (In fact now is a good time to get something done quickly).

I would like to offer you a Christmas special to do with ICONS.
Meaning what...? I hear you ask...

Icons in this case are the little things that appear on some websites next to the URL ( URL is otherwise known as the web address, stands for Uniform Resource locator, looks like http://www.hardweb.com.au)

Here is a screenshot (type of graphic that "captures" the screen on your computer) to show you what I mean;
You can see my Icon to the left of the web address and below that in the "Favourites" column you can see some others I have created. That's a bonus of having an Icon - When someone saves you as a favourite they save your icon as well which distinguishes you in the list!

My offer is to do an ICON for your website for $40! - Amazing!

That is for design of the icon plus publising to the web!
The icon will be of your specification (as you can see from the examples it can be a logo, photo or illustration) whereby you specify exactly what colours and what the icon is to look like.
I will render from your specs an ICON which is 16 x 16 pixels (very small) and publish it to your website where later version browsers will pick it up and it will be viewable.

Now the downside to Icons is that they don't load first and may take a while to load in any given browser, usually after everything else, and if you delete your cache of websites (stored files on your computer) they may take a while to get reloaded.
